ALFATERM employs high technology in the manufacturing of parts and pieces of its water cooling towers, using state-of-the-art components with higher performance and excellent raw materials to ensure maximum resistance and durability. The transmissions for mechanical drives of the water cooling tower components can occur by direct coupling to the electric motor installed on the propeller of axial or centrifugal fans, using it with higher polarity; by indirect coupling to the electric motor via pulleys (driven pulley and motor pulley), belts and bearings; by indirect coupling to the electric motor via speed reducer; or by indirect coupling to the electric motor via an orthogonal speed reducer with cardan carbon fiber drive shaft, positioned out of the air stream, making the towers work with higher compression of transmissions and reducing the noise level and the number of technical stops.
