ENVIRONMENTAL RESPONSIBILITY
The ALFATERM perform a variety of actions for the protection of the environment through the activities with low impact on the environment, including the following: the conscious use of natural resources such as water and energy use, use of parts and components with a sustainable raw material, minimize the generation of waste disposed of properly, and the maximum reduction in the emission of greenhouse gases.
SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY
The ALFATERM perform a variety of actions for the integration of the company in the local community, and providing a healthy work environment and a safe, secure, and adopting the practice of the valuation of the human being, in its essence, regardless of creed, class or race, providing job opportunities to youth apprentices and low-income, black people, immigrants, and people with disabilities.
